Lippert remote won't operate inside lights, 2015 Heritage Glen

I Have a 2015 Heritage Glen 356QB 5th wheel that has the Lippert remote pad. Does anyone know if this pad is suppose to operate the inside lights as well. It operates the awning and the awning light and landing gear along with the rear stablizers but didnt know if its suppose to operate the inside lights as well.

Do you know if you have the 5 function or the 8 function receiver?

Also does it operate the slide(s)?

Some of the remotes operate both slides, the awning, awning light, stabilizers and landing gear. those have 8-function receivers and a couple of the functions aren't used. A handy knowledgeable person could add the interior lights to it if they were so inclined.

I think its a five function. It operates the awning, awning light, rear stablelizers, landing gear and slide outs.

The only way to be sure which receiver you have is to physically look at it.
If both your slides operate at the same time, then it could be a 5-function, if they operate separately then it's an 8-function with one function not used.

I have the lincpad with the app. Each of my slides operate separately and my front and back stabilizers are seperate and then I have awning in/out and awning lights so that is 6 functions.

It also does have a section in the app for lights, but of course it doesn't work cause it's not hooked up.

It also has a place to check the tank levels, which I thought would also be pretty good to have on the tablet, I just wasn't sure how to hook it up, if I needed a relay or something from Lippert?

I might know somebody!

The hardest part is getting the remote reprogrammed. You may get lucky and it may already be programmed and you just need to turn the function on. Then you'd need to wire from the light switch to the receiver.

There are wiring diagrams on the internet that show how they recommend wiring them. You can also find programming instructions.

You just need to know which generation you have.

If you press the Lights button in the app, do you hear a relay in the receiver click?

Since you already have the lights section turned on, all you need to do is get wiring from the lights to the receiver. The easiest place to do that is at the manual switch in the panel.

Thanks for the heads up, I will poke around for the diagrams from lippert. I think I remember reading somewhere how to program the lincpad so I will have to find that again and take it from there

We own a 337BAR, our remote only controls slides/awning/awning lights/front landing and rear stabilizers. I would say we have the same remote and receiver... sucks but hey we still have awesome trailers.

Enjoy it!

I can operate the 4 slide outs seperately. So I guess it's an 8 function.

Yep, if they're separate buttons then it's an eight function receiver.
