We have never ran out of hot water with our 12 gal tank, with a family of 5.
Our previous puma with a 6 gal couldn't keep up with gas and electric on, we ran out on almost every shower.

Looking at a 2014 Heritage Glen 356QBQ

My remote for my Hemisphere (282rk) same TT as the HG works but you have to push the buttons rather hard comparing to today's touch screens.
If you move a little the function will stop. Everything seems to work though.
I did read another thread that someone was having issues and I think their dealer was working with Lippert to fix the problem.
My control panel is in the linen closet in the bathroom lower section behind a fake panel.
If you use your remote you should hear a clicking noise coming from wear the control panel is located. There is fuses in that panel also.

Thanks for the picture - that helped a lot. Ours in the 2015 is behind the wood panel in the basement. We replaced a blown 30 amp fuse and everything is working wonderfully! We have two calls in to get help from rote people and forest river - neither one called back yet - so thankful for this forum, you all are much quicker ;-)
