This was our first summer in our 2014 300BH and we love it. Very happy with our unit so far.

That's good to here we are looking at picking ours up on the 21st. Is there anything you would suggest that I look for in the PDI?

I can't help you with specifics for this unit- but I strongly encourage the use of a PDI checklist like we have in our Library:

I have a '14 356qbq. Love it so far. Few minor issues: 1- front gray/ black tank handles switched. Labeled right, but dealer fixed no problem. Everyone I've seen is the same way. 2- get rid of the Dometic 300 toilets. Within a few days I had a bad one, both replaced under warranty with the upgrade to the 310 model. Much nicer. Try to have the dealer swap them prior to purchase for no charge. Otherwise after the first use it will probably stink. Look in the plumbing section in the sticky thread about this. 3-left taillight was screwy. Turns out the bulb was forced in backwards into the bulb socket. Replaced both with LED taillights, just because I wanted them. Other than those, no major issues so far. I bought mine in July, had about 8-9 trips in it. I have 2 kids and they love the back with the separate bathroom. My wife and I have a nice secluded area up front. I'd add some BAL lock arms or JT strong arms stabilizers to the front landing gear. That was the only was to practically eliminate the sway while setup. The outdoor kitchen is nice too. It pulls well and seems balanced pretty well. Plenty of storage and I have only the single AC but it held up well for my normal climate. Heat works good. The 2 bathrooms are definitely a plus. Fit and finish is pretty good compared to other 5ers we looked at. Overall we really like ours, and can't wait until the weather breaks.

Thanks for the Information. I pick mine up next Saturday. How do I tell what model the toilets are and if there is a problem with them?

Right behind the foot flush near the bottom of the toilet, there is a serial # sticker and model info. The upper and lower sections are all plastic. If it's a Dometic 310 it will be a plastic base and porcelain bowl. It's a well known problem but some dealers are saying they don't know anything about it. I personally didn't go the the dealer, Dometic shipped my 2 toilets for free pretty fast too. Their customer service is pretty nice to deal with.

When I was looking at them, the 6k axles were a disappointment to me. Kind of a heavy trailer for that light of axles. Just my opinion, but others with similar sandpipers and sierras have experianced the same.
Best of luck!

This trailer does have the upgraded 16" wheels? Have not looked yet does this mean that it has up graded 7,000lb axles then? Does everyone else have the touch screen remote that runs the front and rear jacks, awning, lights and slides?
