Looking to upgrade to aWildwood XLite 263BXHL

We are currently Rockwood Roo 233s (hybrid owners) and ready to move on to a more traditional camper.

It would be 4 adults and 2 kids. 2 of the adults will be sleeping on the lower bunk.

How are the Wildwood’s? There isn’t a whole lot out there for reviews. Anything I should be concerned about?

It seems that for the price you get a lot of bag for your buck which is great as long as the quality is compromised.

Any input, reviews would be greatly appreciated.

Go to rvwholesalers.com and use their build your own tool. I've had two wildwoods and both have been just fine. My brother has a similar style in the Keystone. It has more of the little things, but his cost quite a bit more. The xlite line with the showstopper package is a very nice camper that is easily towable by 1/2 tons and a great value. I will say his Keystone is very similar to the model you are looking at, and it is tight when he takes his son and daughter in law with a 2 year old. For the same money I would look at the 282qbxl or 273qbxl. You get 4 bunks vs 2, and the bunk room has its own door. Plus you get an outdoor kitchen which will come in handy with 6 people. Everything else is the same,minus the exterior bathroom door.

Think about buying used. Most of the stuff that needed to be fixed by the dealership has been fixed and you save a ton of money

Depends on his local market. What I paid traveling to rvwholesalers vs buying local was the difference between new and used.

I have a 2014 Wildwood, and love it. Only one potential problem, which I believe could be true of most TT's....I would take any new trailer in to a specialist and have the axles aligned! I understand from a Wildwood representative that they have changed the tire quality and don't expect to see the problems here, that they have had in the past.
