Magnadyne Radio Upgrade Question

I recently bought a Heritage Glen 27BH TT. It came with the Magnadyne RV5070 radio and I'm looking at upgrading to the Magnadyne RV5090 radio with blue tooth. Has anyone done this? Is it a simple swap? In the specs it appears that the 5070 is only a 36 watt radio and the 5090 is a 120 watt radio. Wondering if that means I'll be overpowering the speakers. I'm not an electrical guru. Your thoughts and comments would be appreciated. Thanks!

5070 specs: RV5070

5090 specs: Linear Series RV5090 120 Watt | Car stereo In-Wall Receiver

Plug and play my friend;

Pull the bezel off
Remove 4 screws
Slide the radio out
Unplug - antenna cable, RCA cable, power & speaker cable
Then connect the new radio with the same wiring, everything will match up

It will be a exact match!!!

If you have anymore questions shoot me a message and I'll do my best to answer.

Now to the speaker question; The ones that came with your trailer are garbage (sad but true).

If they sound ok to you after the radio upgrade then leave them be, if not replace them... I did mine and I have to say one of my upgrades that I'm most happy with. Adding a Sound-bar with wireless sub to the main room TV is my next favorite.

I'm picky when it comes to sound and the quality of it.

Thank you for the feedback. What speakers did you go with, and did you have to do any mods to make them fit?

I bought a 2016 Heritage Glen 272RL, pretty miffed the Linear Series stereo didn't have Bluetooth. I can't help but to think for a few more dollars, why wouldn't the manufacturer put a BT stereo in? Guess it's all about skimping, cost management and profitability.

I'm thinking magnadyne gave them a big bulk dicount deal since it was a less popular model and appears to be in the process of being phased out. Cash is king...
