Manual Slideout Operation

We own a 2003 Wildwood 34RLDS...slideouts will go out but now we can't get them to come back in. No sound, nothing when we push the button. Can anyone tell me how to manually get them in, and what tool we need to do that??

We got it working! We have jack stands under the slideouts for support, as we stay in our trailer for 3 months of summer on our property on Lake Ontario in upstate NY. If we remove the stands first, the slideout will not retract. But if we left them under the slideout just to start, the slideout works fine, must have been just needing a boost up for some reason...just to start, then we can remove the stands, and the slideouts retract just fine.
