Couple quick questions.. 1) is there a battery disconnect? 2) anyone figure out how to hack in the remote for awning.. Ect. and do it with your phone or iPad??

It is not furnished with a battery disconnect, you will need to install one yourself if you require one.

As for the awning, mine came with a remote whose password is 0000
which brings up a screen for the awning, led lights under the awning and front and rear electric stabilizers.

Hope this helps
Joe

Which remote do you have?

Most common of those remotes use RF (radio Frequency) not WiFi, so it'd take a WiFi to RF transmitter programmed to the right protocol and frequency. There's not enough demand to make it worth anyone's while to develop one.

27RKSS

We bought this exact camper last year. It's a 2016 model. Get the bathroom door fixed. Ours still doesn't close. One of the bathroom cabinet doors is warped and we didn't get that fixed either. Our furniture does match however and I can't understand why they'd send a camper with different color furniture. You might want to fight for that one. Our DVD player would not play through our TV, so today I took it off the wall and would you believe the factory had put the cables in the AV IN slots instead of AV OUT? I changed them and now the DVD plays through the TV and camper speakers. We pull ours with a 2015 Silverado 1500 and have a little trouble on windy days but for the most part have no trouble pulling it. If you have any questions about your hot water heater, because of this forum, I am now an expert (ha) on this hot water heater. I've learned more this week about my camper from these great folks on this forum than I've known since I bought it last October. Great camping to you and your wife.

A few bulbs were bad, and the exterior decals had bubbles in them where they were poorly attached so they are ordering me a new set. Can't wait to take it out next weekend! Had a hell of a time getting the hitch safety to release from the ball when I got home, a little WD40 and messing with it and she finally came loose
The new locking mechanism FR is using is a cheap Chinese POS. Several threads complaining about them. We had troubles the first few times. What we figured out that seems to work: I stand on my WDH and bounce a little while the DW extends the hitch jack. Haven't had any problems since we've been doing that.

Congrats on the new tt. As for the hitch, I doubt the dealership explained how to make sure the hitch is set up for your exact vehicle. If it's not adjusted correctly, the tt won't pull as good or smoothly as it should. And, these adjustments can change with every vehicle used to pull the tt. For complete setup of an equalizer hitch and Sway bar system, go to davidsrvtips.blogspot.com, and search "hitch setup." He does a great job explaining how to make your hitch system work correctly with your tow vehicle.

Or maybe this explanation is on this forum as well. I didn't look here, as I found it there before I joined this forum.
