New 346QBUD Fifthwheel

I just bought a new fifth wheel 346QBUD and having problems with the battery running down even when it is plugged up Anyone every had this problem???

Sounds like the converter isn't working at all...it should provide 12V power when on shorepower and keep the battery fully charged. If it's not working, the battery is the only 12V power source.

To check if the converter is working, disconnect the battery leads and check the voltage across them with the camper plugged into 120V. If it's working, you should have about 13.5V.

Ok I just disconnected the battery it is plugged up and it is showing 7.8 volts Are they some kind of reset or something to look at on the charger

I'd say that the converter is defective and will require replacement...you'll have to contact your dealer.
