Welcome to the wonderful world of RV ownership. Everyone has their own reason for owning one. Be prepared to encounter problems you wouldn't ordinary experience from something new. It really helps if you are knowledgeable enough to be able to fix problems yourself. If not, hopefully if your purchasing from dealer that will take good care of you. We have owned several and have thoroughly enjoyed every one. I do a lot of nickel dime things myself. You will likely find issues with each trip but the experiences and memories made will, by far, be outweighed.

Strongly suggest you go to the top of this page, click on the Library tab, then click on the PDI Checklist under the Most Popular Files list in the 2nd box on the left.
This list is for hybrids, but covers most everything you need to worry about. Make sure the dealer goes over everything on the list that applies to you. Some people video the PDI with their phones.

Greetings from down the road in Alexandria, KY.
I surely hope that you have done enough research to know that your Tow Vehicle can handle that trailer.
Good luck with the new trailer

Welcome from North Texas where we've been RVing since 2001 and love every minute of it...well, ALMOST every minute. We've had an occasional issue we didn't love - but, hey...that's life.
I'm betting you'll enjoy the camping life and I wish you miles and miles of smiles and safe travels.

Not sure I'd be buying any RV if I was "worried to death " about purchasing it! Perhaps you should spend a bit more time thinking about it and researching things before you pull the trigger!

x2 like he says, being able to fix an putz is a handy asset if you're going to RV. It takes a couple seasons to get the hang of it and get it dialed in
I'm a firm believer in ordering it. You get exactly the options, colors, fabric choices that you want. Ordering at this time of year gets delivery March-Apr.

My wife says I'm a worry wart.
I read, reread, check and double check.
I've found it's a lot lime buying a vacation home in a country that speaks a variation of English - similar concepts but different words. If you use common sense, safety/supply check lists and plan on learning along the way you'll be just like me and love it more with each trip. Welcome!
