you need to post which model. saying 20' foot doesn't really help us figure out which x lite model you talking about, since there are 3 in the 20' range and none are exactly 20' long.
as for your Canyon, you don't mention cab size or bed size and if it has the factory tow package.
bottom line, the absolute max any Canyon can tow is 4000lbs. and that's rated with only a 150lb. driver in it.
only one x-lite model fits within the Canyon's specs, the 185RB, mainly due to its lighter hitch weight.
unfortunately, the Canyon is a very poor tow vehicle and has severe limitations.
you're better off with the Envoy which should have a 5000lbs. tow capacity if it has the factory tow package.
and it has an inline 6cyl. engine, not a v-6.
