New Wildwood TT..Item missing?

I just took delivery of a new Wldwood 25' TT. The installed Stereo/DVD system did not come with a remote control. I believe it should have but the salesman said No! Didn't think about it before we got home. Have others that have bought a Wildwood reveived a remote with their new unit?

...Sorry...just had to say it. I actually don't know if you should have received a remote, our unit did not come with a remote.

Forget the dealer. Call FR directly and/or look up the stereo in the brochures and see what they mention. Good luck.

The brochures don't even mention the sound system... I'm sure I can find one that will work BUT it just seems strange that other brands of RV's all come with remotes..

I do not believe there is a TV today that is made without a remote. The sound system should have one as well. If you don't get these from your dealer, absolutely go to FR bigwigs and let them know.

My Concertone Zx600 and my Venturer TV both came with remotes. Randy

I have a ZX690 in my Rockwood, but it came with a ZX75 remote and manual which are useless. Concertone e-mailed me the correct manual and the dealer ordered me a remote a while ago. If I don't get the remote by Tuesday I can get one on line in a couple of days.

The dealer has ordered me a Remote along with all of the missing instruction manuals that should have come with the unit... Time will tell just how true to their word they are..

Don't waist your breath. Take the Concerjunk out and tie a rope to it and use it for an anchor. Order a Jensen and you won't have any problems!!

call the factory, all the ones ive seen have a remote.
