Panels separating?

I have a 2015 Wildwood DLX 402 QBQ and the front panels seem to be separating from the frame(see attached photo's) I have contacted Forest River and they(Miranda Blackburn from Forest River) have said that I am out of manufacturers warranty and to go thru my dealer if I feel it's a manufacturers defect.
I have contacted my dealer and sent them photo's and they will get back to me if they feel it's a defect.
They question I put to this forum is:
Does it look like the panel has separated from the frame and can it be caulked, if so what type of caulking can I use.
Any advice in dealing with Forest River or the Dealer would be appreciated
