I bought this same TT this past January. My family and I have had it out twice and really love it. Maybe someone can help me. I can't find the model # on my awning. It is a power awning. I also am baffled as to why there is no adjustment for the pitch or why I can't lower one end or the other to allow for better water run off. I have looked at similar awnings on the net and most seem to have an adjustment knob.

You can adjust it, just pull down on one side where the arm bends. Once you extend it out the whole way there will be two straight black bars on mine there is a sticker just pull it down and make sure you put it straight out again before you close it. Good luck and happy camping

Thanks for your help. Mine didn't have a sticker and I was never told that is how it worked. Tried it yesterday, and sure enough it adjusts. Thanks again!

I wasn't told either and a guy on this forum told me how it works, glad I could pass it on
