Well, dealer called and said my single axle,195bh was done. Warranty water leak was roof,and some wall panels replaced. But, they said inside tire wear is normal at this time, 300 miles on unit. I was told, this time, that it has more than that because the factory tows it to the dealer, 1000 miles. When I purchased it, the dealer said small TT's get put on a flat bed 2 or 3 at a time and hauled to the dealer....hmmmm. Then I was advised to put radial tires on it. I'm not happy with the results.
The top tank level sensors do not work either, in the black or grey. The dealer said that "FR doesn't pay for diag time and the wiring tested good, at this time it doesn't appear to be a warranty issue, empty them when the 2/3". Seriously! That what I was told. I've had it 8 months, used it 6 times and they had for the last 2 months " waiting on parts from the factory".
Being an auto mechanic, and I the customer service field everyday, I find it amazing that a company is willing to loose a customer over 10 mins of labor and a $5 sensor.
Any thoughts? Anybody know of a factory phone number or point of contact?
