Problem with Whirpool Fridge in Destination trailer

We have a 2017 Wildwood Lodge 393FLT with a residential type refrigerator from Whirlpool.

The issue is that nearly every time you open the lower door (refrigerator portion) the top door (freezer) will slightly come open. Enough so that frozen foods thaw.

Has anyone had this problem? I am contacting Whirlpool about a solution but they may not respond with any help.

Ideas? add on locks for freezer door, etc?

Thank you

can you loosen and adjust the hinges? Sounds like your freezer door is hanging too low and rubbing on the fridge door.

Fridge

Look under your Fridge. We had the same problem. when we looked the rear wheels of the fridge werent supported so when the weight shift due to the door opening the unit would tourqe opening the freezer. Once we put wedges under the fridge rear we had no more problems.

Wouldn't I put wedges under the front to tilt up?
