Rear stabilizer freeze on 2014 Wildwood

Hello,
I have a rear stabilizer freeze on my 2014 Wildwood. The motor works but does not lower the stabiler jack. Anyone know how to bring these down? The trailer has been in storage since Thanksgiving.

Most likely the shear pin is broken, use manual handle to operate until fixed.....
