Recliners in 27RKSS

Does anyone know if there is adjustment for the recliners? One of my recliners kick back like a normal recliner, the second replacement recliner does not work right. The foot of the recliner only kicks up about 1/2 way, even when kicked all the way back. Kind of odd feeling... I was going to add to my list of things for dealer to fix over the winter, but if it can be adjusted, I will fix it now.

most recliners have a spring and adjustable wingnut for tension of the operating mechanism. Maybe loosen the wingnut.

If the footrest is only extending half way, it sounds like something is binding it. Have you looked under the chair with the footrest extended to see if something is binding it?
