roof issue

While cleaning the roof of my Camper yesterday I found a place where something sharp was sticking up it hadn't full pentatraded the membrane yet but I could fill the sharp point.

Forest river said to contact the dealer first, after talking with them it doesn't seam that they will get approval to look at it as it is out of the one year warranty.

If this gets turned down who can I contact at forest river to get this issue straightened out.

I have already covered the area with eturna bond.

Thanks

since it has not penetrated I doubt anyone will do anything under a warranty... you did the right thing to put eternabond on it... keep an eye on it

Roof work isn't quite the monster on these things that it's made out to be. Your best bet is probably to try and Identify what is sticking up. (Screw, piece of flashing, etc.) Once you know what your dealing with you can probably figure out a way to fix/remove. It doesn't sound like something that would likely be covered by warranty unless it's due to negligent craftmanship.

that's what I'm claiming it is. There is no way anything should work it's way up though the membrane
