Roof maintenance/sealing???

Hi everyone Looking for some opinions? Me an my wife recently bought a 2017 Wildwood 31KQBTS, it is a used model. My question is after cleaning my epdm roof should I apply a sealer. Here is what the roof looks like without it being cleaned. Hopefully I uploaded the images correctly. Thank you in advanced Matt.

I have never heard of a roof sealer. What do you have in mind?

By far not a rubber roofing expert, but would think unit is to new to need major maintance. Clean and check caulking and call it good if not having any issues.

I have a 16 wildwood stored outside and the roof looks the same. I’ll just wash it, check for cracks, and call it good if none.

There are cleaner conditioners out there . i believe camco makes one that cleans and conditions . the biggest problem is it doesn't seem to help with the oxidation . so i've resorted to after cleaning using turtle wax inside outside , vinyl, rubber treatment . pulls the oxidation right off of course makes for a slippery surface so be careful but works good

Manufacturer warranty does not require ANY maintenance. They have stated this at a couple of presentations I attended at rallies. That is NOT referring to checking seams.
Dirty and overgrown with mold/mildew you still get the 10 year coverage.
I wash mine with Dawn because I like to have a clean roof. Manufacturers rep said that was a good way to do it.
After washing the roof, I do the sides and put on a fresh coat of wax.
