Roof Manufacturer
Hey Guys,
I have a 2015 Wildwood by FR (356QBQ), the Heritage Glen, does anybody know who manufactures the roof and what the warranty is?
Should I contact the manufacturer or the manufacturer of the roof directly?
Thank you very much!

Most FR products have Alpha Systems roof membranes.

technically, Forest River IS the roof manufacturer. They make their own roofs.
IIRC they offer a 10 year warranty on the roof. I would start with them.

Cowracer, I've never seen any reference to FR owning Alpha Systems, in my roof membrane paperwork.
Yes FR constructs the roof but Alpha Systems manufacturers the roof membrane, which is what has the 10 year warranty. Not the roof construction.

Regarding Alpha Sustem Roofing, their literature says to only use their products when re-sealing or repairing. I've always been a fan of Geocel Pro Flex but not on EPDM. Is the Alpha membrane EPDM?
I do see that Geocel does make a sealer for EPDM membranes but is it compatible with the Alpha?
Has anyone had any issues from using "Non-Alpha Systems" sealers?

My Alpha Systems roof membrane is TPO.

My bet is that they classify that as an installation issue, but I'm hoping that I'm wrong.

So if you had to re-seal/repair what product would you use?

I've always used Dicor self-leveling caulk for seams.
If I had a bigger issue, I'd use Eternabond.

FYI, my new Geo Pro came with an Alpha Systems roof, with a 12 year warranty. It "does not require periodic application of products to protect it from UV light or ozone. In fact, these products can often cause damage to the roof membrane". (my Camping World tried to sell me these products when I picked it up). It does recommend cleaning 3 or 4 times a year with a cleaner such as Top Job or Spic-n-Span.
It DOES tell you to inspect and fix any caulk/lap sealant used in termination areas and accessories/voids.

I Agree with you, the roof does not need to be treated, just maintained.

I would use Super Flex sealant made by Alpha, packaged and sold exclusively by Camping World.
I contacted Alpha directly after purchasing our 2016 Flagstaff and the confirmed their 1021 sealant is Super Flex rebranded.
Alpha 1021 selant is somewhat available online but mostly only in white. When I couldn't find almond, that's when I contacted Alpa and they pointed me to Camping World and Super Flex.
There HAVE been reports here of Dicor sealants making the Alpha TPO bubble and expand.
