Screws starting to come through floor

We have a brand new 2013 Wildwood 30FKBS that has been on the dealer's lot 2 years. There seems to be bulging of the screws or nails in a couple of spots on the linoleum. Should we take a board and hammer it back in or just wait and see what happens. We don't travel in it - just keep it parked in our RV park for trips to the lakes. It is under factory warranty but don't think it's an issue yet. Any ideas?

If it has warranty I would let them fix it and not mess with it at all. I would not hammer anything. Let the dealer do it free of charge through the warranty.
