Serviceman in NY

Can anyone suggest a reliable service person in the Binghamton, NY area for Wildwood? Dealer is 3 hours away and saying that we're out of their service area. 408 Loft is a week old and we need help. It is missing some trim underneath kitchen cabinets, Loft blind for the skylight is not closing properly and a board is crooked going up the Loft stairs. We haven't even camped yet. We noticed these things when we were inside looking for the serial/model numbers to send the warranty cards in. Thx for your help.

If you contact Forest River, they may let you use a dealer that is close to you for service. It is my understanding that they can authorize another dealer to service your unit under warranty. It's worth a try.
