Slide and awning button not working
So I was running my awning in and possibly went out of range with the remote it stoped remote started flashing so I went inside to the panel tried rolling it in and nothing. Graves the remote again and it was working but by remote only. Water pump, water heater and all fluid indicators are working. I have checked the fuses they are all good. Don’t really know where to start.

It would surely help to know year and model...
plus the heading says slide but you never mention that in post...
did you check the voltage of the trailer battery to be sure it is 12.6 VDC or more?

Slide and awning button not working
Sorry about that. It is a 2017 wildwood 263bhxl. Slide and awning work but only when using the remote control. In side panel buttons (for the slide and awning) have nothing

I'm sure someone will give you a good answer, but here is a cheap check. Disconnect shore power and battery for a bit. Reconnect and retry. May not fix it, but it's a cheap check. There is info out there about using remote and switches won't work and visa versa.

There's most likely a 12 volt breaker near the battery or just under the front frame that's tripped. Most of them have a manual reset button on the side of them.
The remote uses power from a different location than the manual buttons do.

FWIW- I had a similar situation in a completely different rig.
I was running in a slide with the button on the wall and it stopped half way in. After fumbling around I found the remote and it still worked and I finished closing my slide.
I did find a blown fuse in the power center but as mentioned- the remote used a different circuit.
Hope you find your solution and please report back if you do!

A few years ago we had nearly the same trailer you have and had the exact same problem. I called the dealer and he told me that there are fuses near the water pump that must have blown. We fixed the fuses and then the physical switches worked again. During this time the remote always worked. On our 2015 Wildwood you could find those fuses by taking out the bottom kitchen drawer. With the drawer out look through the opening to the LEFT and you'll see the water pump and some fuses.

So just now getting around to working on this. I have replaced breaker still nothing. Looked for fuses around water pump can’t find any. We’re trading it in Saturday and want to try to have it working before we take it up there. Anyone have any other ideas?

Maybe stupid question....but if the fuses were tripped or blown, how is it that the "Remote" is able to operate the slide and awning ??? Wouldn't that dictate that "power" in not a problem and that the problem lies within the wall switches ??

No fuses were blown. I replace the 30a breaker just an attempt to fixing. I test breaker for continuity prior to replacing and it was ok but still swapped it out.

That's what I'm saying. Power is not the issue it seems. The issues seems to lie in the wall switches or the power coming to them or "Out" of them. You know everything is functional as the remote proves that.

Keep in mind that the remote receiver uses a different power source than the manual switches, So it could be a fuse blown that you haven't found.
It could also be a broken wire feeding the switch bank. Have you removed the switches and tested to see if there's power or ground at the switches themselves?
Can you post a picture of the switch bank?

Glad you finally found it, and got it fixed.
They put fuses and fuse boxes in some awful out of the way places and then don't give a hint about where they may be.

Just saw this. You will laugh, but it's an easy, but odd, answer. We just picked up our TT a few weeks ago and were instructed in this very topic. For some odd reason if the slide, lights, or awning are opened with the remote, they MUST be closed with the remote...the switches WILL NOT work until fully closed using the remote.
You may have already traded it in, but hopefully that helps.
Oops, didn't read the second page. Just saw you fixed it.
