Stabilizing Jacks . wildwood 27RKSS 2015

My camper was broke into during the winter and my remote for Awning, LED lights, slide out and stabilizing jacks was stolen ok I can run everything from the switch inside except stabilizing jacks. I try the switches outside and they don't work. Would this be a fuse problem or bad switch? They worked before the remote was stolen also can I manually extract and extend with the tool that manually operates the slide out?

I lost my remote a month or so ago and have been using my switches the last 3 camping trips. At first the switches barely worked, but now that I have used them several times they seem to be working great. Just keep pushing your switches until they start working. The first trip after losing the remote, my switches didn't even work at first, but after wiggling wires and pushing the switches what felt like 100 times they worked.
