Top heavy slide out

We have a brand new Grand Lodge Loft and the slide out in the master bedroom is top heavy and does not come in straight unless someone stands on it. Without someone standing on it, the slide comes in at a downward angle and stresses the molding to near breaking. The dealer says that this is normal and common but I have been unable to find any documentation regarding this issue.

You posted this in the wrong section.
It should be in the the regular TT section, not the Expandable/Hybrid section.

I'm sorry, I have never posted before, but it is a Wildwood Grand Lodge - this is not the correct place to post?

Forest River Forums > Fifth Wheels | Travel Trailers | Ultra Lites > General Travel Trailer & Fifth Wheel Discussion > Wildwood

If not, can you provide me a link to the correct place?

Thank you.

I moved it here this morning and left a link in the old location for a short time.
