Hey Slimbo
I have experienced similar problems. My floor squeaks in front of the heater return vent in front of the kitchen sink. I figure the floor is hollow to allow for duct for the heater.

I also have the nail pops in the vinyl. I returned to the dealer for this. They say it may be sawdust under the vinyl. They would have to only cut out the affected area repair and then patch in the vinyl. I am not interested in this solution. I know I will never be happy with their hurry up patch job. Some things are better off not being opened up as they never are as good as the factory install. If it continues to get worse I will address it with Forrest River probably not thru the dealer to get a 2nd opinion.

I notice the nail pops. My wife hasn't seemed to notice. I have made her aware of it. They are not terribly bad as of yet. Not worth their cheap *** patch job.
I also asked the dealer about installing a roof air vent over the queen bed. They said " we will have to do some engineering and cut a hole in the roof to install. $500. I'm afraid not, $500 for a $30 vent sounds like total bs to me. I'll do it myself if I absolutely have to have it. Right now I just crack open a window.
Let me know what you have done to your floor please.
Huck
