Trim missing on 2015 RKss

Trim missing where the wall meets the ceiling from the bedroom to the kitchen cabinets, stupid me didn't notice during walk thru. I have to send a picture to the dealership and they will mail me the trim. This works for me because I'm in a permanent site and don't own a tow vehicle. Has anybody else noticed parts or trim missing after taking delivery? Plus I have two speakers that quit working one outside and one inside. We have a Forest River dealership 10 miles from our site with mobile service and a very bad reputation, called them 3 times about my speakers and gave warranty information, they keep telling me they will call me been waiting 2 weeks now for the call. So heads up if you live in Ohio forget about RVwholesellers in Lakeview Ohio, I didn't buy my camper from them I bought it from Arborgast RV in Troy Ohio 50 miles away. I think Rv wholesellers are upset I didn't buy from them.
