I actually had the same problem on my 26TBSS. When I hooked the cable to the trailer connection marked "cable" I had no reception. I then hooked to the "satellite" connection and it worked. I believe the wires were connected wrong from the factory.

Your a little short on information in your post. For example, are you trying to receive a signal on cable or "off air"?

Here's a few important setup procedures you must do to receive a signal in a newer RV:

Cable
Be sure the antenna signal boost (Amp) is shut off. On/off button is on the antenna boost amplifier. When light is on, amp is on--used only for off air reception.
Go to menu
Find setup
Click either cable or air (based on which ever you desire.)
Go to "Auto Channel scan"---activate scan. You will see scanning progress. Wait for scanning to be complete as it will take several minutes.
When scan complete, hit exit button and watch TV!!!

Off air
Same process as above except be sure the antenna boost (amp) is on and the set up reflects "off air/antenna setting". Wording can be slightly different on different brands of tv's. Complete scan, hit exit, start enjoying off air TV.

Let us know how you make out! Good luck!!

Just to add to RSchledr's off air instructions, make sure you rotate antenna for the strongest signal. Hint: look to see which direction others campers have their antenna pointed.

My 2014 195bh had the same problem, no channels could be found during programming of the tv. I went outside and looked at the huge motor coach across the lane and he was pointed the same way I was. So did some checking and found that the cable end on the wire coming from the antenna was not installed correctly..the center of the coax was too short to reach the center of the wall socket.....I got a new end, and cut the old one off and re-did it. Got 29 channles after that!

I had the same problem on my 26TBSS, cables were incorrectly connected from factory.

I only had one cable too. It is because I have a small TT. But my wall plate has 2 other spots to screw cables in.

2014 Wildwood X-lite 195bh......Happy camping.
