Normally right next to the water pump.
Since you didn't mention a year a better answer can't be told.

You might not have a water filter. There is a screen by the pump but its not a filter. I use an external filter in the water line before it enter the trailer water system.

On our 2010, 27fbs, it is in the bathroom under the wardrobe, under the power unit, and inside of the cabinet under there. We don't use though. Use an external water filter instead.

Should I be looking for one? I haven't seen anything that is integrated other than the screen by the pump. I have been using the external set up since I didn't think my trailer had an internal water filter.

I still never found one. Only use fresh water for showers, washing and brushing teeth. Am going to assume normal tank sanitation should be enough for that.

Its pretty uncommon To not have a factory water filter.

A) If you live in a cold climate you'll likely find it next spring.

B) eventually it will become plugged.

My TT came with one. It was under the kitchen cabinets with the fresh-water pump. I removed it and use it outside the trailer. As someone posted above, mine froze and broke, but landed like a tumbler, and didn't spill its contents, (lucky me...) That's why I moved it, so I could make sure everything drained and pump antifreeze throughout the system. I bought a new one at Lowes for about $30-. I already had a dozen or so of the filters because our last home had a well, and these filter cartridges fit that filter system... When you change the cartridge after camping off and on for a year, you'll see why it's a good idea to use a filter.

Enjoy...
