Greetings,

NOTE: getting that anode out is MUCH easier than getting back in! Be patient!!

Try not to cross thread and strip the threads on the water heater. EASILY DONE!!

We add a turn or two of teflon tape so the anode will not leak... oh yeah... don't over tighten the anode. Will make it harder to get it out the next time you dump your water heater.
