It might not reach the stabs, but it might reach the connector that goes there or to the stab switch. If these devices that are not working (on same fuse) were routed to the switch (IF) and from there common grounded, it might make sense. I just wish I could crawl under there and help you.

Check the wiring diagram that comes with each rig they make LOL

Re-reading Witch Doctors post, it is correct IF you hook a meter from a Positive wire to a ground you will get 12+V. If you meter from the suspect wire to the frame and the suspect wire is a ground, you will get 0.

Well my 12v issue with my slide out, awning and stab jacks is resolved!!! It was a loose negative wire in a wire nut located inside the junction box at the front of camper. That's a relief, lol. Still not sure where that darn brown wire is supposed to go, everything seems to be working fine. Think it's maybe related to the trailer wiring, but all seems to function as it's supposed to.

Is that a solid core copper wire with no jacket? That's what it appears to be. If so it may be a ground that goes to a clamp on to the propane piping that runs to the rear of the coach.
Look for a clamp similar to this on the steel gas pipe.

No. It's a stranded wire with jacket. Just hard to tell in picture. It's the same size wire that's used for the trailer wiring (blinkers) jist not sure why that would be grounded.

I looked under mine. I have one wire ground to the frame. On the left/drivers side front of trailer. This wire go's up into the abyss to where I have no idea. As you can see I had to gorilla tape it because the hole was pretty big. Sorry I couldn't be more help.
