We have the 327RE and it is very nice. This is our fourth RV and it is by far the nicest. There's just one thing you need to consider, make sure your tow vehicle is a good match for this unit. We also purchased a new 2015 RAM with the Cummins to pull it and it is impossible to level the unit when pulling because of the height of the truck and the RV. The RV is a couple inches too low and the truck is a couple of inches too high. This is a stock truck with the fifth wheel tow package. I have adjusted the king pin box to the top slot and the RV sits about 4 inches nose high. You will not get ANY help form RAM or Forest River if you end up with this situation. So as long as your tow vehicle can handle it, this will be a great unit for you.

Have you thought about putting a leveling block under your truck front end

We upgraded this year from a 25 ft Crossroads...we love the 5th wheel over the TT...had to upgrade the tow vehicle to 2014 Dodge Ram 2500 Laramie with 6.4 Hemi w/ 4.10 gears...tows it like nothing is there...as far as the HG goes, we are extremely happy with our choice...high quality...no issues what so ever off the dealer lot... the 36QBQ is a big 5th wheel...42 ft long...2 bedrooms and 2 full baths...4 slides...sleeps 10 if needed...we have a adult children that always come up for the weekend...I would give the style, decor and quality a 9 on a scale of 10...we are very happy with our choice and would recommend the FG Heritage Glen to all.
This is our rig.
