Wildwood 19FDL 2007 problems

We just purchased this trailer, slightly used from dealer. It checked out ok but in the first month: front cap piece by roof has separated, and its hard to tow. Doesn't seem to want to pull. This isn't our first trailer. Any advice? We are thinking it may have been damaged and then trader in. Dealer is repairing cap piece but says they see nothing wrong underneath. Alignment trouble, springs, axle? Help!

HARD to tow? des it seem like its dragging?
did the dealer check the brake shoe dragg or actually lift each wheel off the ground and see if it rotates freely? i would also check and make sure the brakes arent being engaged or stuck, if it sat a long time the shoes could be rusted in or stuck and dragging causing your hard to tow situation.
when you tow do the wheels seem to get real hot?

Thanks for the info. The trailer has been in the service dept. for the last month under warranty issue. They replaced all the brakes, drums, magnets etc. The trailer came home today so I will let you know if this solved the problem.

The trailer is home and is towing great. The dealer repacked the wheel bearings, put new brakes and magnets and we had the alignment checked. Thanks for the help.
