Wildwood 261bhxl TV size?

Anyone with a 261BHXL? What size TV have you installed above the dinette? 24? Will a 28 fit? Any input is appreciated.

any size tv you think will fit without getting in the way. Am I seeing double or are you posting the same question in multiple spots?

Posted same question in the Wildwood forum and the Salem forum to hopefully get answers from owners of either. Did so because the Wildwood 261BHXL and the Salem Cruise Lite 261BHXL have the same layout as my Starcraft 26BH. The answer for either trailer would be the same answer for mine. Didn't figure Salem owners were in the Wildwood forum or Wildwood owners in the Salem forum. Just trying to throw the net wide in hopes of getting responses.

Can you grab a tape and measure diagonally or is that not an option?

The poster that was on the wall in mine indicated up to 42".
Why anyone needs a 42" in a travel trailer is a different story altogether.

When I was facing a similar question on the TV niche in our Cherokee 38P, I measured the width of the niche. Then I found that by carefully reading the webpages I could get the actual overall width (not screen diagonal not counting the bezel) of each TV I looked at.

The space seemed to be just a bit too small for a 32" TV and I was about to settle for a 28" when I stumbled across a Sceptre 32" with very narrow frame, 1080p full HD, S/P-DIF output, 3 HDMI inputs, and on sale at Walmart. I have about 3/8" on each side.

I have the 261Bhxl. Bought the 32 inch roku smart tv from walmart. Fits perfectly. Wall mount was only about 12 bucks and tv was around 120. Kids were able to stream netflix with their phones straight to tv. Also the built in antenna on the camper managed to pull in about 12 or so local channels in hd.

We have a WILDWOOD FORESTRIVER 241QBXL very similar to yours. We had the same poster in ours, good thing I measured before we bought. The largest we could go was 32". So we got a Viseo smart TV from Best Buy, they matched price Sam's. Don't get a tilt only TV mount didn't work well for us.

Could've put a 50" in our Cherokee 304 but decided on a 42" as we had one laying around the house not being used.
