Wildwood 27rkss stabilizer jacks

Hello everyone. My wife and I just bought a our first RV a 2016 Wildwood. During the walk through I could use stabilizer jacks with the button outside but now they only work with the remote. Anyone go through this problem before and know how to fix it? I really appreciate it.

Buttons outside are exposed under the skirting. We've had to replace both ours. When I replaced I applied dielectric grease which offers some protection. May install weatherproof boxes and mount switches inside those, which others have done.

I was just testing my remote on our 2104 Wildcat Maxx, everything works except the front jacks and auto leveling. Like you, all I hear is the clicking coming from the control box. My jacks still work from the outside panel, just would be convenient if the remote worked!

Is your unit plugged in to shore power? The clicking noise would lead me to believe that you have low DC power, i. e. Low battery power.

If not on shore power, plug it in. If shore power is not available, back up tow vehicle to the trailer and plug in to the tow vehicle. Then try again.

Maybe before that, test your battery with the BAT button on the monitor panel.

Find yourLCI control board and check the fuses. It's a separate fuse block from the converter and could be located anywhere. May be around the water pump area (of all places). Mine did this and it was a blown fuse.

My jacks would behave this way, took the trailer in and they replaced the entire wiring harness and wireless control unit.

I have also had the pins fail that allow the jacks to lower/raise. have someone try the jacks while you are under looking to see if the jack screw mechanism is turning. if so the pins probably fell out or broke and fell out.

either way your looking at warranty work.
