Wildwood Heritage Glen 286RL portable satellite hookup

2016 heritage glen 286RL with two satellite in and 1 park cable in connections at rear of 5th wheel, I cannot get portable satellite signal into unit, had to run it thru the door.

I have good signal until I plug it into one of the satellite ins at the rear, but they are not carrying the signal. I hooked the direct tv receiver to the bedroom connection labeled "satellite" but nothing, no signal. Anyone have a clue how the cables are run in these?

I tried using the rooftop connection on my Georgetown and couldn't get it to work either. After a lot of trial and error, I gave in and set up my own line......installed a connection site, ran the coax under the coach...in thru the floor....and up behind the cabinets where I store the receiver.

I hope you have good luck and that you are able to get the provided lines to work for you.
