Wildwood Rear View Camera

I have a 2013 31bkis. I have wired the wired backup camera correctly and routed the wire under the frame of the trailer and back to the rear bumper. My question is, how can I secure the wire along the back corner of the trim piece and across the rear of the roof line for a clean looking install without drilling holes, etc. Also, does anyone know if there is a wooden backer plate along the rear back wall by the clearance marker lights that I can secure to or is it just self taping screws into the siding? Would appreciate any feedback

I used the self tapping screws for the mount, on the wiring I mounted the camera at the top at the roof line then ran the wires over to join my solar wires (used self adhering cable tie mounts for both) across the roof to the Refrigerator vent and down into the space below the fridge then through existing hole in floor (other existing wires/propane tubing etc go through) to the TT frame I-Beam and forward to the hitch area silicone sealed everything. Works and looks good.
