Wildwood Shrinking Wheel Well Trim

Wondering if anyone else has experienced shrinking trim. I check around tires every few days and only noticed this happening on both wheel well trims yesterday.

BTW, pushing on the trim, it doesn't stretch. It appears to be held by the screw at the bottom. We are only having temperatures in the 20's so I don't think the cold is the problem.
Any suggestions to fix it so it would stay in place?
Thanks

Update

For what it's worth, I seem to have had several look at the original post but no comments. But, just in case anyone is interested, I have checked the trim every few days and to my surprise, the trim is almost back in place (not 100%but maybe 95%.) Our weather was around 70 the last couple of days so I guess the colder temperatures we had before was the cause of it shrinking after all. It might get back to 100% once we get back to warmer temps all the time.

i went by our dealer's today and showed him the photo when the trim had pulled away and he said he had not seen this before but assured me the the trim is just cosmetic and hides the screws along the inner and outer trim. I'm glad it is not critical in keeping water out at the wheel wells. I may have to order longer pieces at some point. I did notice today it is also used on the rear corners vertically to hide screws there which I'll watch as well.
