It can be any old hose, don't need to be fw hose. You are adding antifreeze and not going to drink it.
In the photos I posted I used a piece of fw drinking hose because I use it in a 5 gallon jug for emergency water when needed. Put hose in jug, switch valve and turn on the pump. I now have 5 gallons of fresh water.
