Winterizing 26tbss Wildwood

Hi folks,

I'm new here and new to RVing. Just bought a 2015 26TBSS Wildwood and was wondering what the hose is that goes into a anti freeze jug? Is it a normal garden hose cut off? Thanks so much!

I disconnect the input to the water pump and connect a hose and insert the other end into the AF. The connection at the water pump is smaller than a garden hose. I picked up a length of clear pipe, and the appropriate connector at an RV shop. After releasing the low point drains to clear out the water, I close them and turn on the water pump which pulls AF into the lines.

Get one of these kits. Camco winterizing kit.

Our '07 takes less than 2 gallons of pink stuff.

Bypass the hot water heater and dump it. Pump pink stuff through everything inc backwards out the city water connection. Dump all the tanks (fresh, black and gray)

I have a wildwood 26tbss 2014 model. I just had one of these Camco winterizing kits installed and did the winterizing myself. Also removed the battery to store in the garage for the winter.

I don't use anti freeze. I got a air compressor and hook a hose to the water connection and open the hot water heater blow 50 psi through until all water is out. Open all faucets. I have never had a problem.
