2005 18ft work and play true hight

I,m looking to buy a 2005 18ft work and play.
Forest river Website shows the 2013 model at 10' 10" tall.
Could anyone give me the real hight with and without the A/C unit.
I have hight restriction at my home of 9' 6".

I don't know for sure but without the a/c you'll still be to tall.

Besides we would need a model number (to accurately give you info) for your 05 18ft work and play

I just measured my 2010 W&P 18LT. IT was 9' to the top of the box. I didn't have a ladder to get to the AC unit. However, the AC unit looks like it is about another 18" which would be pretty consistent with the 10'10" spec from Forest River.

Dometic a/c 15 k is only 12.7"
