25 wab water tank ?

My 2017 25 WAB Work&Play , I just filled the water tank up and the bottom of tank ' bulges ' down so far as to touch the axles . Any one else ? 110 gallons is a lot of weight but the designers and builders should know and plan for that ?

25 wab water tank ?

Let's just say there are many posts/threads about this problem. My tank is smaller but bulged enough to squeeze down between braces that 1/4 to 1/3 of my tank was below the braces. This was from filling the tank to sanitize the system, not from towing with it full. I found it looking for a black tank valve problem.

Jaherbst ,
I took five pieces of 1/8 by 2 1/2 steel flat bar and laid them lengthwise under tank fore and aft . No sag no more ! Tractor Supply and Home Depot sell the bar .

Make sure you have some room above the tank, between it and the floor. They have to give a little somewhere, just not enough to bend up things or fall out. If you restrict the ballooning too much on the bottom or sides it will balloon up on the top and you do not want to see what happens if the tank is too close to the underside of the floor. I seen one lift part of the plywood floor off a popups frame once.
