30 FS rear cargo capacity

Looking at buying a 30 FS and was wondering if the rear cargo area has a limit. I know the the trailer list a CC of 3800# but I know some TH that have the same CC but can only carry 2000# in the garage. Also once I do load up my ATV and stuff which will be around 2200# am I not going to be taking to much weight off the hitch with that much weight in the back?
