fuel station fuse

I have a 34ft work and play and I am missing the fuse for the fuel station that is located underneath the trailer. Can anyone help me out on the fuse size?

thanks,

Cliff

to FRF. I don't know the size of the fuse, but you could call your dealer they should know, but hang in, Iam sure someone will chime in and help you. Enjoy the Forum

Maybe that information is in your paperwork packet that came with the trailer. Often it contains literature for all parts not manufactured by FR ---like the antenna, water pump, stove, etc. Why not for the gas pump assembly?

If you can see the info on the pump, look for the amp draw and you need one a little bigger than that. You could also go by wire size feeding the pump. 14awg would use a 15 amp etc.

I have not looked at mine in a while but as i remember it is 5amp, a larger fuse should be in the main pannel. And no you won't find it in the literature because they apparently think that the fuel system and other such systems never fail and therefore you don't need information on them to get parts number or other useful information.

I have a 20amp. spade type on mine. I was just underneath there last week end trying to get the pump to work. I finally found that there is a switch on top of the pump that was off. Pump worked great, however the hose was a little short.

I just took mine into the dealer because I thought the fuel station pump was inop. I have no idea how loud the pump is supposed to be, but I can't hear anything when I turn the timer on.

This trailer is driving me nuts. 4 times into the dealer in the 7 months I've owned it.

Foglght.....You are lucky you can take it to a dealer. We purchased our in the US and none of the dealers in Canada will look at it. ...Even though I was promised this would not happen. As I assume you are, I am very disappointed with the Quality.
