With my GMC 1500 the only issue I have is Takiin off from a dead stop. It takes a while to get it up to speed. RPM higher but this is normal using more energy.

I towed a 5th wheel with my F150 ecoboost. It towed it just fine but the problem I had was that I was overweight due to a low cargo carrying capacity when I added my wife and dogs to the equation.

I would not tow a 5th wheel with an F150 unless it was stripped and/or had a max payload option. My cargo carrying capacity was about 1627 lbs and it wasn't enough.

Striper 44, we had 2 8528 RKWS towed with an 2010 F150 4X4 with the heavy duty towing package and never had a problem....she towed just fine and was not squishy or anything. We now have a 2015 8528RSWS and pull it with a 2013 F350 Super duty...of course she can snatch that camper up in a heartbeat and not flutter, but the F150 did just fine....we also had e rated tires on both campers as well as this new one. The Chinese tires are terrible and fail all the time....not a good thing. Hope this helped..
