2009 Flagstaff 31...any insite or advice?

Hello! We are in the market to trade in our current TT for a newer model with much more living space. We are trying to decide between a 2013 Aluminum sided Heartland Prowler and a Fiberglass 2009 FR Flagstaff 31. Both have pros and cons to them and honestly, I just cant seem to decide. Anyone out there have any experience with the Flagstaff 31? Any advice or tips you can give?

Thank you!

Make sure you check the floor for weak spots and spongy areas on the Flagstaff. Especially in high used areas in front of sink and fridge. Had floor issues in my 2009 and 2006.

I had a 2009 Flagstaff 831fkbss (Loved all the storage and floor plan)but I had TONS of delamination issues with the entire trailer and a front window leak that could never be tracked down. Never had floor issues but I would definately check the siding for delamination. I finally traded it in for a Columbus 320rs this past June.
