2012 Flagstaff 8524RLWS screen door replacement

Hello, our dog just did a number on the screen in the screen door. Did Forest River seriously use rivets to install door parts? I am not having any luck getting the multi door hinges out or I could take the whole door down to get the screen replaced.
Do I have to drill out rivets [that is what they appear to be] and then buy new flat head screws and washers to repair? Is this intentional so we can't or don't work on our own RV's?
I'm looking for advice on how to continue, without calling someone with a 1 hr. minimum and a call charge to take out a screen they do not work on repairing. Then take it to a hardware store.
