2016 couch securing problem

We have the pull out couch bed, not the air mattress kind. It rolls too easy to lay down. It rolls when you sit on it and when we travel. Is there a locking mechanism on it that I don't see? It's a 2016. Please help

I believe you have to lift up either the front or back of the couch while pushing it in to lock it. I know ours doesn't lock simply by pushing it in without lifting it.

Either way, sometimes it jumps out of locked position while in tow. Very annoying.
