2016 Flagstaff 5th Wheel Service questions?

I just got a list of services needed on my unit. The unit is 2 years old. Bearings repack $279.00, fridge and water heater service for $129.00 each, resealing with new sealant and wash of roof $ 449.00

Are these services recommended? I'm not too handy not sure which ones I could do myself. Help! Good advice needed.

Sounds spendy to me. Bearings, maybe, depending on mileage; fridge/water heater, not sure what there is to do, besides a flush of the water heater; resealing, not a bad idea, but 2 years sounds early. Roof wash?

I put about 9,000 miles on it going from Florida to New York twice and side trips.

Good idea to wash roof before replacing sealant which I assume is what is to be resealed; but, agree that only 2-years old seems rather early depending on the condition of the caulking. Depending on the size of the roof might cost 30% of $439 to purchase enough caulking for a DIY.

Repack bearings and then inspect sealants visualy and flush water water tank after turning it of and relieving pressure on tank by opening a hot water faucet or outside shower hot water. Washing roof is a good idea, we had our Columbus 381FL washed waxed and the roof sealed for 350.00 at Travel Park in Myrtle Beach

service or not.

I have a 2016 Rockwood 8285 IKWS .I have wheel bearing that can be lube without taking of the wheels. The procedure is on U tube. As for the roof every 2 yrs. is good. As for your other items make sure they are clean and free of bugs.
