2016 MicroLite slide-out issues

Does anyone know of an easier way to find a dealer who will help you when you have an issue with something I assume should be under warranty? I bought the 21' camper the middle of last August and the slide out is not working like it should. I appreciate any advice I want to be a happy camper this year and already missed the first big weekend.The two dealers that I know of in my area, the one the first question he asked is why didn't I buy it from him. The other looked at it, said it needed the motor replaced and had to get authorization and would take a couple of weeks to get the part (this started three weeks ago) and now I'm having a hard time getting a return call. FR will let you go to an independent RV shop IF you get pre approval from FR.
Contact some and see if they've done warranty work for FR.

The motor doesn't work at all? There's a fuse under the camper for the slide.
